"How about the new comic book movie, I heard... Mmmmm... knock it off, asshole." She started to explain why she wanted to see that movie, but was cut off quickly as the toy deep inside her came to life, sending a buzzing burst of pleasure to her core before once again disappearing. She noticed that this time it had been stronger, and she'd gone weak in the knees, but James hadn't let her fall.
"This is a date between two serious, beautiful people," he chided her. "If you want to see a nerd movie, then go out with a nerd next time. Now try again."
So this is the way it was. It really was a shock collar to teach her to make the right choices. Well, the right choices according to James that is. She took another look at the list of movies. What would he want to see? He'd want to see whatever made sense for a date of course, not that that helped Violet much as she'd been on precious few dates in her life. Something romantic probably was the right answer though. Eventually she said, "How about that romantic comedy then. The reviews weren't very good, but it looks like a date movie, right?"
